1. Customer Data

Generally your customer data is inquired, stored and used exclusively for the completion of the order. Basis for this are the relevant data protection regulations of the German "Bundesdatenschutzgesetz" (BDSG) and the German "Teledienstedatenschutzgesetzes" (TDDSG).


2. Transfer of customer data

To handle and deliver your order, we transfer your data only to the delivery service assigned to distribute.


3. Additional service achievements 

For additional service achievements (customer account, eMail newsletter) we need your agreement due to the laws mentioned. At any time you can revoke this agreement in the On-line Shop, by eMail or by phone.

3.1 Customers registration and assignment of customer numbers (customer account): If wanted, we store your name and your address in our customer data bank. After you announced yourself for this service, you receive immediately your customer number and a password by eMail. With these data you can announce yourself at the next times attendance of the On-line Shops. After successful registration your name and address are already ahead-filled in the purchase order form and must be entered not each time. For safety reasons sensitive data such as account or credit card numbers are not stored for.

3.2 Regular information (newsletter): If you order the newsletter, we will inform you in regular intervals by eMail about news and offers. The newsletter cancellation is made completely simply by an option directly in the newsletter.
