Your order will be worked on immediately, at the latest however on the working day following on it after its entrance. The supply takes place generally within 3 until 4 days within Germany and within 7 until 14 days abroad (subject to availability starting from 20 March 2006).
2. Packing and Forwarding Expenses
2.1 We raise inclusive 19% value added tax (VAT) for each order a delivery cost lump sum at a value of 5.90 Euro within Germany, 20.90 Euro inclusive 19% VAT for transmissions abroad zone 1, 37.00 Euro inclusive 19% VAT for transmissions abroad zone 2 and 34.00 Euro (it does not fall VAT on) for transmissions abroad zone 3. For the dispatch of one TA-DVD-Collection we raise a delivery cost lump sum at a value of 2.90 Euro inclusive 19% VAT within Germany, 8.00 Euro inclusive 19% VAT for transmissions abroad zone 1 and zone 2, and 12.00 Euro (it does not fall VAT on) for transmissions abroad zone 3.
2.2 With choice of payment means cash on delivery an additional collection fee falls on at a value of 8.70 Euro inclusive 19% VAT (additional: 2.00 Euro transmission fee of the logistician) in the case of the supply.
2.3 In the case of supplies into countries, which are not member of the European Union, results import duties and taxes. The height of the import duties and taxes depends on the local legislation and cannot not be indicated therefore.
2.4 Bulky goods and packages over 20 kg (kilogram) is computed to actually resulting forwarding expenses. In this case we will inform you first by telephone or by eMail.
2.5 A supply of the products only within Germany and abroad zone 1, zone 2 and zone 3, on request is possible. Further dispatch countries effected for the time being.

Zone 2 - Rest of Europe Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Estland, Georgien, Gibraltar, Iceland, Yugoslavia, Kazakhstan, Croatia, Lettland, Litauen, Macedonia, Malta, Republic of Moldau, Norway, Romania, Russian federation, Slovenia, Turkey, Ukraine, Hungary, White Russia (Belarus), Cyprus.
Zone 3 – Other Countries Egypt, Algeria, Bahrain, Iraq, Iran, Israel, Jordan, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Tunesien, the USA, combined Arabian Emirates.
4. Delay
Should a supplying delay occur, we will inform you by telephone or eMail about it.
5. Subsequent Delivery
If a part of the goods ordered by you is not be available, these goods forwarding expenses-free delivered subsequently.
6. Reservation
We reserve ourselves to furnish an achievement equivalent in quality and price (commodity or service) and/or not to furnish the promised achievement in the case of their unavailability.
